About the Job In this role, you will hold dual responsibilities in system-level testing and engineering management, driving the delivery of high-quality, reliable products. Success requires deep technical knowledge combined with excellent leadership skills to effectively manage and grow a team of testing engineers. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $171,000‑$254,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities Develop, execute comprehensive system test strategies that validate full functionality of Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) airgap system. Plan OKRs, align them with the organizational strategy. Take responsibility in team execution, drive validation, automation efforts. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team members.
