**Corporate Warehouse Shift Lead $1,250 Hiring Incentive** Location **Corporate Headquarters - Birmingham, AL** Business Segment **COR** # of openings **1** Must be familiar with warehouse, clerical/dispatch, production and premise/purchase area(s) in order to ensure best time management in completing his/her assigned duties. Warehouse (Production Support requirements): When pulling from palletizer area, requirements are as follows: 1) make sure any pallet placed in stock has an LPN attached; make sure each pallet has correct stock rotation; 2) make sure there are no more than three stacks of plastic pallets behind each palletizer at any time; 3) never let the pallets of full product back up and shut the palletizer down; 4) never use forklifts to load empty pallets into the palletizer except line 4. 5) dispose of all partials at the end of each run. When feeding line area, requirements are as follows: 1) make sure all partial pallets of bottles are used first; 2) make sure can line has trays; 4) make sure can line has lids; 5) make sure plastic trays are kept loaded at the denester; 6) make sure empty pallets are pulled from de-palletizer; 7) make sure lines never run out of bottles or cans; 8) help keep hoppers empty when possible. 8) Ensure all dunnage loads are properly accounted for and all billing is completed for return shipment(s). Warehouse Inventory, Loading/Unloading requirements: Assist supervisors in research and analysis of inventory discrepancies and its root cause:

* Research all traceable contact points for inventory resolution.

* Identify process errors in EPs that cause inventory issues

* Assist in process training of Eps with management to improve inventory accuracy.

Must properly and accurately load/unload materials (including, but not limited to product to/from divisions/stores, raw material and purchase product) as needed. Loader is responsible for stacking individual cases for partial pallet load-out. **Premise/Purchase requirements:**

Correctly receive and verify supplier P.O.(s) and accurately account for all ordered pallets/cases, thru AVAIL (demand planning).

Perform periodic review of inventory thru cycle count research and correction.

Perform physical and system checks of ordered pallets. Responsible for continuous self improvement through the knowledge and use of all Company and Division provided training i.e. interactive web-based training, facilitated group training, video-on-demand, on the job training,individual or group coaching, or any other company provided method. Carry out other duties as assigned. (Must successfully complete quarterly training curriculum, including but not limited to web-based and facilitated training.) Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required Experience: Two (2) years of experience with a WMS application: Required. Other Requirements: Requires basic knowledge of equipment /tools needed to fulfill the needs of the essential tasks.
