MUST:
The Emergency Medical Technician or the Paramedic must have experience:
2 plus years of experience as an Emergency Medical Technician or a Paramedic in an industrial or clinical setting
Great customer service skills
Ability to prepare educational materials on various health topics
Comfortable making presentations on a classroom setting
Bachelors Degree in health, wellness or exercise related field
Proper certification/licensure at time of employment (e.g., certified Athletic Trainer, Kinesiologist, Exercise Physiologist, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy Assistant or similar)
Minimum of 2 years of applied work experience in industrial or clinical settings preferred
DUTIES:
Build relationships
Coach client employees at various locations and gathering proficiency data to analyze employee
Develop corrective exercise programs to help participants achieve injury prevention and wellness goals
Prepare educational topics on health wellness and injury prevention and present in classroom and one-on-one settings
Perform job site visits to observe body mechanics of employees
Perform tasks to identify at-risk behavior and recommend safer alternatives
Oversee individual programs
Provide coaching on related health issues
Transport, assemble and maintain company exercise equipment
