Entry level Sales Manager Compensation: $49K-$95K per/year Job Type: Full-time, In-person. 5 days per week, including one mandatory weekend day. Entry Level Sales Manager will be on the front lines of our mission—connecting with homeowners, sparking interest in solar energy, and educating them on its many benefits as well as managing and developing a small team of Entry Level Sales Representatives. Key Responsibilities of an Entry Level Sales Manager: Lead by example through direct customer engagement and appointment setting Oversee and support a team of Entry Level Sales Representatives, ensuring individual and team sales goals are met Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing training to team members to improve performance and morale Monitor daily activities and performance metrics; report team progress to senior leadership Build and nurture relationships with both customers and team members Maintain accurate records of sales activities and team performance in the CRM system Participate in leadership training sessions and contribute to team strategy meetings Qualifications: 2+ years of Managerial/Team Lead Experience As an Entry Level Sales Manager you have the chance to make a meaningful impact—while enjoying some fantastic perks.
