Summary:

Coordinates and maintains activities related to clinical trials. Collaborates with research nurses, clinical and regulatory coordinators to document and report study patient enrollment, treatment and follow-up into databases as specified by the research protocol. Interacts closely with Investigators and sponsors. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.

Qualifications:

Required: HS Diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam.1 year experience with databases. Excellent written and oral communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to multiple tasks.Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Preferred: None.Physical Demands:May need to move around intermittently during the day, including sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and ambulating. May need to remain still for extended periods, including sitting and standing.Ability to communicate in face-to-face, via phone, email, and other communications.Ability to read job-related documents.Ability to use a computer.
