We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Semiconductor Sales Manager to lead sales efforts within the automotive industry. This role offers the opportunity to work with a high-performing team, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our semiconductor product portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of semiconductor products tailored to the automotive sector.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of multiple client accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a small, high-performing sales team.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the automotive market.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions to clients.


Key Requirements

  • At least 7 years of sales experience, with a strong emphasis on semiconductors in the automotive industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple client accounts and achieving revenue growth.
  • A well-established network within the automotive sector, enabling access to key decision-makers.
  • Hands-on experience in business development, ideally in small to medium-sized companies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, both independently and collaboratively.
