REMOTE- Director Of Technology Enablement

The Director of Technology Enablement is a key leadership role responsible forleading the architecture, governance, oversight, and implementation ofmultiple enterprise technology solutions within Matrix Providers digitalecosys
This position will ensure that these technology solutions are strategicallyaligned with business goals and will drive significant transformation acrossvarious business units to ensure efficiency and process optimization enablingMatrix Providers teams to rapidly scale.
The Director will lead all of Matrix Providers IT functional areas in thesupport of our employees and clients. The role demands a proactive approach inintegrating cutting-edge technologies and digital services to optimizeoperational efficiency and fuel business growth. The Director will workclosely with senior management and stakeholders to craft a technologyroadmap, implementation plans, and organization change management roadmapthat supports the over all strategy, enabling Matrix Providers to gain acompetitive edge and rapidly scale and will be a member of the MatrixLeadership Team.
Salary Range: $150-$160k per year
Priority AreasDevelop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with theMatrix Providers strategic goals, with a particular focus on enhancing keyactivities all business units.Build and Lead the Technology Enablement team, overseeing technologystrategy including implementation, training, support, and infrastructuredevelopment.Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders with a focuson collaboration and direct communication, through consultative approachwith ability to serve as an advisor of technologies and business processworkflow.Develop a deep understanding of Matrix Providers current and future needsrelated to recruitment, sales, marketing, applicant tracking,productivity, client support, credentialing, human resources,finance, accounts payable, system security, and more as needed.Works in a consultative fashion with other department heads, such asmarketing, production and operations a s an advisor of technologies that mayimprove their efficiency and effectiveness.Conducts research and case studies on leading edge technologies and makesdeterminations on the probability of implementation.Research and propose new technologies that yield competitive advantage.Proactively identify areas where technology may provide greater efficienciesand ensure business continuity/security.Continuously evaluate technical efficiency and recommend changes as necessary.Keep current with trends and issues in the Healthcare Staffing and Technologyindustries, including current technologies.Collaborate with other department heads to integrate technology effectivelyacross all business units, enhancing operational efficiencies and healthcareservice delivery.Lead the evaluation, deployment, and management of new technologies andsystems, ensuring they meet the unique requirements of Federal Contractorand Health care Staffing.Ensure continuous delivery of technical services through oversight of servicelevel agreements with end users and monitoring of systems performance.Promote a culture of innovation and facilitate the adoption of emergingtechnologies in healthcare staffing industry.Prepare and manage the budget for the technology department, ensuringcost-effectiveness and resource optimization.Establish and enforce technology policies, processes, and standards toensure security, compliance, and best practices in healthcare data management.Lead vendor negotiations and manage relationships with technology serviceproviders that specialize in healthcare solutions.Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering an environment ofcontinuous learning and development.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly requiredto talk or he r. The employee frequently is required to sit, stand;walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.Hours of WorkFull Time with some flexibility in hours is allowed, but employee must beavailable during core work hours and work at least 40 hours a week.Travel RequirementsSome out-of-area and overnight travel is to be expected depending on businessneeds.Education and QualificationsBachelors or masters degree - advanced degree or professional certification(e.g., PMP, ITIL) is preferred.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technology leadership role, withproven expertise in technology integration, implementation, and projectmanagement.Strong understanding of current and emerging technology trends and theirapplications in a business environment.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience in budgeting and financial management.Proven track record of implementing technology solutions that align withorganizational goals.Other Duties
