Installation Coordinator

As the Installation Coordinator you will work closely with our members to get nationwide installations of medical equipment scheduled. You will be assigned a region and work closely with supply chain and Geek Squad within that region to ensure that work orders are being completed in a timely manner.

This role is hybrid, which means you must be located within a drivable distance to our Best Buy Health office in Novi, MI. You might be asked to come into the office up to 3 days per week.

What you’ll do
  • Route all orders off the Default report timely
  • Daily outbound and inbound calls with Case Managers and our members
  • Daily communication to Geek Squad Health Agents via HCRM and phone calls as well as resolve updates daily
  • Update all systems with detailed notes to ensure that all work orders are completed timely, adhering to payor SLA’s
  • Handle escalated installation/service concerns timely
  • Manage assigned region using the installation metrics
  • Cover inbound phone calls for the team

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience entering data in a customer relation/management system

Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years plus of experience in a customer service field preferred.
  • Experience in a technical or product focused position preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
  • Previous experience managing work orders tasks, escalations, and complaints.
  • Experience using Dynamics.
  • Experience using KPI’s/metrics to drive focus
