The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience. Job Overview Designs and executes a comprehensive retirement strategy aligned with business objectives and company culture, including scalableprograms to drive growth of retirement plan products and services. Leads the strategy for comprehensive Financial Wellbeing, includingfinancial savings, education, and financial health and wellness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, behavioral sciences, or related discipline preferred, Subject Matter Expert in retirement programs; at least 10 years of experience administering large scale retirement programs, Experience in designing and administering retirement and financial planning programs, Certified Benefits Professional CBP preferred, Experience in PeopleSoft required, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Knowledge of ERISA laws, regulations, and compensation best practices, Strong process improvement and financial management expertise, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Visio, Microsoft Project Essential Functions Leads the strategy and delivery of retirement offerings, including processes and eligibility, compliance, data management, reporting, and overall competitiveness of the programs, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness of all operations. Serves asa system Subject Matter Expert on plan needs and ensures compliance with ERISA regulations; serves as anexpert in Fiduciary responsibilities and stays informed with trends and legislative changes. Oversees relationship with third-party vendor management to ensure the highest level of support and service level agreement with a continual focus on compliance and efficiency. Partners with HR, finance, and executive leadership to develop, communicate, and manage retirement budget, policies, guidelines, and procedures. Leverages insights, analytics, and market data to assess program effectiveness, support decision making, and present findings to the RWJBH senior leadership team. Partners with the SVP Total Rewards to manage the total well-being strategy for the health system, Leads, mentors, develops, and inspires a high-performing team of retirement professionals to function autonomously and effectively to support the business. Develops and delivers training programs for HR and management on financial wellbeing and wellness, Stays current on legislation, regulations, and industry best practices related to retirement, advising management on potential impacts and opportunities.
