Are you a licensed psychologist experienced in providing testing services and interested in enjoying the flexibility of working part time in a group practice setting? Maybe you don’t want to deal with the burden of doing all the marketing and administrative tasks. Then this position is for you.We are currently seeking a qualified licensed psychologist to join our growing team with the expectation that you would provide in person and virtual psychological testing. This position is part-time.Relucent Psychology Group is a group practice located in San Jose. We provide high-quality therapy and psychological testing services to individual adults, couples, adolescents, and children throughout all of California virtually, and in person in our San Jose office. We offer psychological assessments for cognitive and emotional functioning, as well as evaluations for common conditions, such as ADHD and Adult Autism.Minimum Qualifications:Doctoral Degree in counseling or clinical psychology. PhDs and PsyDs are welcome to apply.Active, unrestricted California-licensed clinician registered and in good standing with the BOP. A copy of the license must be provided.Liability InsuranceAvailable to see 2-5+ testing clients a monthStart date is negotiable.Other Qualification Preferences:Passionate about the field of psychological testing and helping others.Thorough and extensive training as an evaluator.Compassionate, personable, hard-working, team-oriented, and reliable.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Provide psychological testing services to clients of Relucent Psychology Group, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies.Regular and reliable attendance to all meetings with clients.Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for Relucent Psychology Group.Respond to clients’ requests for service or calls within 24 hours whether such requests are made in person, by phone, voicemail, or by email.Communicate with a client’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary.Timely completion of written records for each client including maintaining accurate and up-to-date calendars and client information using practice management software.Charge and collect payments from clients for services provided consistent with the policies and rates for such services as established by Relucent Psychology Group.Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with co-workers.Job Type:Part-timeSchedule:Monday to FridaySelf-determined scheduleWeekend availability possibleEducation:Doctoral Degree (Required)Experience:Providing psychological testing services: at least 3 years (Required)License/Certification:Active license with BOP to provide services in CA (Required)Work Location:In person in San Jose, CA 95128 but may also have virtual clients.Why Relucent is Different and What We Offer:Competitive compensation.Flexibility in your schedule and when you choose to see clients.Referrals with no marketing efforts required by you.Enjoyable, diverse, motivated, and rewarding clients.Excellent professional growth opportunities including peer consult opportunities, advanced trainings, the ability to lead workshops and groups, and more.Warm, friendly, collaborative and supportive teamwork environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
