The Expansion & Engagement Manager will lead operational, relational, and strategic efforts required to open new Inspire locations while strengthening partnerships and guest engagement. This role is designed for a dynamic, highly relational team member who can coordinate cross‑departmentally, manage complex projects, handle donor and partner engagement and establish strong community and organizational partnerships. This position will be based in the Greater Cincinnati area, with periodic travel to new and emerging locations. The position reports directly to the Chief Marketing & Product Officer. Core Responsibilities Expansion Planning & Project Management Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of new Inspire locations, experiences, and regional expansions. Develop project timelines, checklists, and accountability structures that ensure smooth launches. Serve as the internal point of contact for cross‑department coordination (Experiences, Education, Marketing, Finance, Operations). Support site assessments, vendor relationships, permit needs, and logistical setup when and where needed. Stakeholder & Partner Engagement Build and sustain relationships with community partners, churches, ministries, tourism groups, and organizational stakeholders in new regions. Represent Inspire during preliminary visits, launch phases, and early operational periods. Coordinate with Marketing and Experiences to develop outreach strategies that build awareness and participation at new sites. Guest & Group Engagement Strategy Collaborate with Experiences and Marketing to develop onboarding materials, FAQs, and site‑specific resources for new locations. Collect guest insights and feedback that inform improvements in programming, workflows, and regional engagement strategy. Support the development and refinement of onboarding materials for groups, partners, and organizational clients. Partnership & Donor Coordination Coordinate site visits with donors and prospective supporters and partners in ways aligned with new locations and Inspire’s expansion strategy. Provide operational support for the planning of donor previews, soft launches, partner tours, and other strategic events. Assist with acknowledgments, updates, and relationship‑building efforts in coordination with Marketing and Finance. Organizational Collaboration & Special Projects Support leadership with strategic initiatives tied to Inspire’s long‑term growth plan. Assist in identifying and evaluating new regional or national opportunities for Inspire experiences.Contribute to proposals, partnership decks, and collaborative projects that advance the expansion vision. Project Management: Skilled at managing multi‑phase projects and coordinating across teams. Relationship Building: Able to form strong partnerships with organizations, ministries, and community groups. Strategic Thinking: Understands how regional opportunities align with Inspire’s mission and growth strategy. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced, startup‑like environment. Analytical Insight: Comfortable interpreting data and using it to inform recommendations. Tech Fluency: Proficient in HubSpot, project management tools, and communication platforms. Experience 3–5 years of experience in project management, expansion/launch roles, partnership development, training or related fields. Experience in nonprofit, tourism, ministry, hospitality, or mission‑driven organizations preferred. Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). Familiarity with PM systems (ClickUp preferred). Education Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in business, nonprofit leadership, project management, communications, or a related field. Additional certifications in project management, leadership, or community engagement are a plus.
