Our client, an industry leader in facility management, is seeking a Cleaner - Lead to join their team. As a Cleaner - Lead, you will be part of the housekeeping department supporting the cleaning and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate a team, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Cleaner - Lead Location: Savannah, GA Pay Range: $18 Shift: Other (03:00 PM - 11:30 PM) What's the Job? Lead and coordinate a team of cleaning staff to ensure quality standards are met Provide direction, motivation, and guidance to team members Conduct quality inspections within assigned areas of responsibility Assist with training housekeeping staff and scheduling work assignments Complete all housekeeping tasks and other duties assigned by management What's Needed? Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Willingness to complete background checks and adhere to safety protocols Flexibility to work the specified shift No prior experience required What's in it for me?
