Executive Director – Vineland Housing Authority (Vineland, NJ)Executive Director – This is a working Executive Director position. The ED will lead and manage the Authority’s operating and capital budgets and a portfolio including 1,241 combined RAD/Project-Based Voucher units, Tax Credit units, and a Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program. The ED will also lead modernization and redevelopment efforts and identify non-HUD funding sources to strengthen and expand VHA programs.ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and hands-on management across daily operations, financial oversight, property management, redevelopment, and resident and community engagement.Oversee the Authority’s budgets, programs, and portfolio performance; ensure compliance with HUD rules, regulations, and operating procedures.Drive modernization, redevelopment initiatives, and diversification of funding sources, including grants and other revenue streams.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or advanced degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Public/Business Administration, Social Science, Community Development, Urban Planning, Finance, Real Estate Management, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in affordable housing or community development, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.Must secure Public Housing Manager’s Certification from a recognized Public Housing Manager Certification Program and complete the New Jersey Housing Authority Executive Director Training Program within 1.5 years of hire, or as authorized by the Board of Commissioners.Benefits and CompensationBenefits include Health, Dental, Pension (PERS), and Paid Time Off.Salary range: $130,000 – $155,000, commensurate with experience.How to ApplyResume submission is requested via email to jjones@vha.org. #J-18808-Ljbffr
