Bartelt Packaging is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to help drive innovation in our advanced packaging solutions.In this role, you’ll lead the design of complex, automated packaging machinery—from initial concept through to production. You’ll collaborate with a skilled team of engineers and technical experts to deliver equipment that exceeds expectations for performance, safety, and reliability.🔧 What You’ll DoDesign and develop mechanical, electro‑mechanical, and pneumatic systems for state‑of‑the‑art packaging equipmentCreate and maintain detailed engineering drawings, BOMs, and documentation to support manufacturingCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to prototype, test, and validate new designsDrive innovation through research, experimentation, and root cause analysisProvide technical support to production, purchasing, sales, and service teamsEnsure compliance with performance standards, customer specs, and regulatory requirementsTake ownership of complex projects with minimal supervisionBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering5–7 years of experience designing capital equipment in a manufacturing environmentProven background in OEM automated machineryProficiency in 3D CAD and mechanical dimensioning of parts and assembliesStrong skills in MS Office and engineering documentationA hands‑on, collaborative engineer who loves bringing ideas to lifeAt ProMach, we believe great ideas come from everywhere—and we empower our people to take initiative and make an impact.
