Rancho Dominguez, CA
Temporary 2-3 week assignment
Schedule: 8am – 5pm

Pay: $17.50/hr

Job Description:The Customer Service Representative handles all facets of servicing customers, employees, and managers at all locations with the goal of meeting their needs in all aspects of warehousing.


Essential Job Functions:
1. Data entry from ACR Reports into Silver Bullet Systems
2. Respond to emails, answer phone calls, and provide excellent customer service at all times.
3. Responsible for reporting and creating reports on damages to the customers.
4. Tear Down and Scan
5. Attaches emails and photographs into the Papersave system.
6. Filing documents into the appropriate locations.

Additional Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Work Overtime Occasionally during the workweek as needed, and on the weekend
2. Abide by the Company’s No – Cell phone Policy, and all other handbook policies.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
2. Preferably 1-2 years’ experience; some terminal experience and how they operate.
3. Self-motivated
4. Good verbal and written communication skills
5. Ability to work in fast paced environment.
6. Experience working in customer service
7. Detail Oriented and strong organizational skills
8. Computer literate
