To learn more visit www.tabapay.com.We're looking for an exceptional product marketing leader to lead our corporate product marketing function. This role will be responsible for crafting new messaging for TabaPay to help position us for the next stage of growth into new markets and products. This role is highly strategic, mission critical for TabaPay, and involves frequent interfaces with the CEO and executive team.You will help us craft a new corporate message by identifying specific key target markets, developing a deep understanding of these audiences' needs, and crafting a unique selling proposition and message that resonates with them. You will also own our website redesign and work with a team of designers, developers, and product managers to bring it to life. Additionally, as a senior lead, help mentor and improve the marketing team.What You'll DoGrowth in New Markets: Help us expand to new markets by identifying new target markets that could be served with TabaPay products, understanding competition, determining product / market fit for these areas, deeply understanding their distinct needs, and creating target personasDifferentiated Messaging: Help craft a clear and compelling message on what makes TabaPay unique in serving these audiences. You'll talk to our biggest fans, prospects, deeply understand why they love us, and create a message to attract a new wave of fansWebsite Redesign: Lead all aspects of our website redesign from new messaging, new pages, new brand design, and web analytics to better attract customersTeam Leader: Hire and manage team to redesign the website. Additionally, as a senior leader on the marketing team, help mentor other marketing teammates and influence cross-functional partners across the companyQualificationsCurious: Passionate about understanding how complex products workCustomer obsessed: Great at conducting customer research, deeply understanding customer needs, and deriving customer insights to inform differentiated messaging and product roadmapAct like an owner: Ability to problem solve, think strategically and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, assess and prioritize opportunities, develop a plan to go after these opportunitiesStoryteller: Excellent at crafting clear and compelling messaging for a B2B audienceCollaborator: Excellent at collaborating with and influencing executives and cross-functional stakeholders such as product management, engineering, data analyticsThrive at startups: Ability to be a self-starter, identify and solve problems, and move fastMust have 10-15 years of product marketing experiencePayments experienced preferredCompensation & LogisticsThe pay range for this position is $160,000-180,000 for base pay; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
