Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is looking for a detail-oriented mechanical assembler who will be responsible for supporting assembly of X-ES rugged embedded hardware. Successful candidates will be able to use manufacturing machines and tools to perform product assembly in accordance with released specifications and drawings. This is a first-shift position with flexible scheduling, paid training, and good benefits. Duties and Responsibilities Assemble product by following drawing diagrams and applicable work procedures, instructions, and specifications Update records accurately and timely for all completed work Identify and accurately document product and process nonconformances Follow quality requirements and quality assurance standards, processes, and controls Participate in process and quality improvement activities Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited high school (or valid General Educational Development certificate) Computer proficiency and a high level of organization with strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently and independently Good hand dexterity and coordination, as products and components are typically very small Ability to work onsite from our facility located at 9901 Silicon Prairie Parkway in Verona, WI Desired Qualifications Comfortable using hand and power tools, manufacturing machines, and test equipment to perform product assembly Ability to communicate effectively using written and verbal communication skills Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail desired Experience in electronics manufacturing as well as familiarity with IPC-610 and thermal interface materials is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
