We want your knowledge and expertise Job Summary and Qualifications As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide direct nursing care for pre and post-surgical patients including, total joint replacements, bariatric, orthopedic, general, and more. This is a fast paced and team oriented environment where you can hone your nursing skills and take the next step toward critical care in a Level 2 Trauma facility. As a member of this team, you will administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs. Our nursing team monitors, records and communicates patient conditions as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems. Recognizing and responding to changes in a patient’s condition including post op bleeding, pain issues, post anesthesia complications, will be one of your primary functions in the role. Our team coordinates patient discharge planning with care providers, patient family and physicians REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of NH or valid compact state. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
