Reporting directly to the VP of US Sales & Commercial Enablement, the role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, managing a high‑performing sales team, and fostering strong customer relationships. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in achieving the company's sales targets and enhancing its market position. You Will Be Responsible For Collaborate with the VP of US Sales & Commercial Enablement to develop and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets. Implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the regional sales team; regularly monitor performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching. Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to assess progress against objectives and address any obstacles to success. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders within the region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Strategically engage with major accounts and prospects to identify business needs and position the company’s products and solutions effectively. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering value to customers. Share insights and feedback from the field with senior leadership to inform product development and marketing strategies. Maintain a deep understanding of the regional market dynamics, including competitive offerings, pricing, and customer behaviors. Provide regular reports and updates to the VP of US Sales & Commercial Enablement, communicating sales performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations. Manage the regional sales budget effectively to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost management. Evaluate and enhance sales tools and technologies to improve sales productivity and efficiency. Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. 14+ years of relevant business experience in Marketing, General Management or Sales in the MedTech / Medical Devices space. Proven track record and business impact in the MedTech space. People Management experience. Domestic travel approximately 50% of time; some weekend travel required. Proven ability to learn complex technology/clinical applications. Strong financial and business acumen (P&L, managing close customer relations including KOLs). Demonstrated ability to operate in highly complex, hybrid and diversified markets. Must be able to stimulate innovation in marketing through identification and communication of significant global unmet needs. Must demonstrate business and financial agility to reposition strategies to meet and exceed expectations. Must direct marketing organization in the achievement of goals / objectives established to meet requirements of all stakeholders. Must collaborate successfully with US and OUS sales and marketing organizations to execute plans and launch products. Proven track record in attracting, developing, engaging and advancing talent. Must value and create an inclusive, customer‑centric culture. Effective managing in a matrix organization. Acts as an organizational change agent and leader. Proven ability to drive success in a fast‑paced, high‑energy and demanding environment. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Preferred Advanced degree (e.g., MBA). International experience. Experience leading sales and marketing. Clinical Electrophysiology and/or Cardiovascular industry knowledge. Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Pay Transparency The anticipated base pay range for this position is $263,500 to $356,500. The role is eligible for an annual performance bonus and participation in the company’s long‑term incentive program. Employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑ and long‑term disability, business accident insurance and group legal insurance.
