The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Front Desk Representative to join our team at Extended Stay America Augusta. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on our guests' stays and contribute to the success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register guests, handle reservations, and operate the hotel switchboard with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to all guests, addressing their inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records, process payments, and manage room assignments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge of hotel operations, services, and amenities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related coursework or experience in hospitality preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet our guests' needs.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn our property management system.
  • Availability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
