About the Role:
MLR is seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Technologist / Technician to join our dynamic team in Pennsylvania. In this role, you'll perform critical laboratory tests and procedures essential for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. Your responsibilities will include analyzing samples, interpreting results, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform laboratory tests on various specimens including blood, urine, and tissue samples.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments with precision.
Analyze and report test results accurately.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret data and provide clinical insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
ASCP or equivalent certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) preferred, but not required.
PA License.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills.
