Job Title: Histology Technician

We are seeking a skilled Histology Technician to join our team at Health Advocates Network. As a Histology Technician, you will play a critical role in preparing tissue samples for examination and diagnosis.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare tissue samples for examination and diagnosis using various techniques and equipment.
  • Operate microtomes and other laboratory equipment to section and stain tissue samples.
  • Conduct quality control checks on tissue samples to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Collaborate with pathologists and other laboratory staff to ensure accurate and timely results.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Registered Histology Technician (ASCP) certification.
  • 1+ years' experience as a Histology Technician.
  • Active, current state license.
