As a Miner Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and troubleshooting bitcoin miners. This position will directly support our Miner Maintenance Team at our Rockdale, TX location. Essential FunctionsPerform Basic diagnostic techniques to all miners on sitePerform Basic Repair techniques to all miners on siteAssist in keeping inventory of Miners, parts and toolsFind IP addresses of all new machines that are being installed into shelvesProvide complete information for work orders to be submitted to SupervisorKeep the Miner repair room and work area clean and OrganizedCraft new RJ-45 ConnectionsBe confident when reciting terminology that is relevant in the industryKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExcellent multitasking skillsAbility to work under pressure with minimal supervision.Excellent problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented and highly organizedAbility to bring attention clearly and promptly to any major errors in the Data Center that involve the Miner Maintenance teamEducation and Experience High School Diploma or GED or relevant experienceExperience with Networking and Computer troubleshooting is preferredComputer literacy is requiredMiner repair/Operator Certifications are a plusOn the job training and development is providedSchedule12 hour shiftHolidaysNight shiftOvernight shiftWeekends as neededCompensation and Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience401k plan with company matchingGreat medical, vision, and dental plans to choose fromLong-term and Short-term disabilityAdditional benefit options (Employee Assistance Program, Pet Insurance, and more)Flexible Spending AccountsGenerous PTO and Paid HolidaysA fun company culture with tremendous growth opportunities
