Miami seeks a data driven, strategic, people-first change leader with a strong record of collaboration and significant administrative accomplishment to lead and elevate the human resource function at Miami University. This is an exciting opportunity to reposition the HR function and build and support a strategic team emphasizing service, collaboration, and communication.
