Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $228,000 Eligibility for bonuses, benefits, and related incentives Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Flexible hybrid work environment with remote work options Engage in strategic decision?making that impacts company performance Supportive and inclusive workplace culture promoting diversity and equity What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Collaborate with senior stakeholders across departments to define and refine core business metrics Develop and maintain a comprehensive data dictionary and documentation for all key metrics Work closely with engineering and data teams to implement metric calculations and reporting dashboards Provide insightful analysis of key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks Promote data literacy across the organization, ensuring stakeholders understand available data and its implications What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics) 5+ years of experience in data product management, data strategy, or analytics Strong understanding of data platforms, data modeling, and enterprise analytics ecosystem Proven experience within a software company or as a consultant Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience with a transaction (private equity buyout or IPO) as an operator or advisor Strong understanding of software business models and key performance indicators Familiarity with core business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities #SoftwareDevelopment #DataManagement #CareerOpportunity #HybridWork #DiversityInclusion We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal?opportunity employment.
