Job Summary:
As a Content Marketing Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in advising internal clients on effective content marketing strategies to reach their target audience. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Advise internal clients on the best ways to reach their customers using content marketing strategies
- Design, write, and edit all communication materials for internal and external audiences
- Collaborate with designers to develop concepts for design and layout of publications
- Maintain information on the division's website and intranet site
- Create internal and external communication plans aligned with marketing goals
- Ensure all content is reviewed and approved for accuracy, style, and brand compliance
- Manage client relationships and provide counsel on content marketing strategies
- Assess client needs, make recommendations, and track client activities
- Work with business partners and colleagues to identify business needs and develop proposals
- Research and identify reference sources for project completion
- Assist with special events, meetings, and promotional efforts
- Coordinate with Corporate Communications to ensure proper usage of logos and brand rules
- Create, write, edit, update, and manage content on internal and external websites

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications/Journalism, Public Relations, English, Liberal Arts, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or publications, including writing communications and advertisement materials
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong proficiency in editing, writing, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong business math proficiency
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and influence others
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to explain complex information in a simplified manner for specific target audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Preferred skills: Effective presentation skills, computer programming skills, familiarity with AP writing style
- Preferred software: Familiarity with desktop publishing software such as Adobe InDesign, working knowledge of web content management tools like Websphere
