These are just some of the areas in which we operate. Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant. ABOUT THE OFFER Model: Remotely Duration: Indefinite Start: ASAP is possible Recruitment process: 2 interviews Contract: B2B FTE: 1 (full-time) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Configure and optimize Employee Central modules, including Foundation Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows. Configure and optimize EC Benefits, ensuring alignment with business requirements and compliance standards. Design and deliver SuccessStories Reports to support HR analytics and operational reporting needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into system solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Support testing activities including unit testing and UAT. Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between EC and other systems. QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration. Hands‑on experience with EC Benefits setup and administration. Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Reporting and data models within SuccessFactors. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to deliver knowledge transfer and training to HR and technical teams. Experience working in global environments with complex organizational structures. SAP SuccessFactors certification in EC Core is a must. Discover the Power of IT Excellence.
