We are looking for an experienced and detail‑oriented SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in the Employee Central (EC) module. You will play a key role in configuring, maintaining, and enhancing our SAP SuccessFactors landscape, with a particular focus on release management, business rules, and MDF configurations. If you are passionate about delivering high‑quality HRIS solutions and enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative environment— we want to meet you Responsibilities Work on implementation, enhancement, and support activities for the Employee Central module Develop, configure, and maintain Business Rules, Workflows, and Event Reason Derivation Create and manage MDF (Metadata Framework) Objects and associated UI screens based on business need Configure and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP) ensuring data security and compliance Manage and troubleshoot XML-based configurations (Data Models, Foundation Objects, etc.) Oversee release management processes, including testing, regression analysis, and impact assessment for bi-annual SuccessFactors releases Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into high-quality functional configuration Work with cross‑functional teams (HR, IT, Integrations) to ensure optimal system performance and user experience Provide documentation and end‑user training when required Qualifications 3+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Strong experience with Business Rules and Workflows in EC Proven ability to create and manage MDF Objects and related configuration Proficiency with Role‑Based Permissions (RBP) Solid understanding of Data Models and XML configuration Experience with SuccessFactors release management, including testing and impact analysis Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies is an advantage Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
