Leads creation of standards for new technology. Designs and models services for inter-networking and client converged networks. Provides guidance for multiple/converged telecom technologies, contact center, network security, and transmissions. Creates and integrates solutions and services. Guides, directs, or recommends enhancements for system performance, reliability, scalability, and capacity. Evaluates product and service solutions.
