Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic, organized, and creative Events Manager passionate about delivering attendee experiences. In this role you will manage events across the Palo Alto Networks portfolio, including third‑party industry events, CxO and proprietary events, and the Global Events program such as Ignite On Tour, Mobile World Congress, AWS re:Invent, and other executive events. LocationThis is a hybrid role based in either our Santa Clara or New York City offices. ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and execute event deliverables (e.g., giveaways, gamification, lodging, expo pass distribution).Provide on‑site operational support at events (registration desk, booth staffing, etc.).Support hospitality services at executive events (transportation, on‑site host services, food and beverage coordination).Manage speaker activities: training, scheduling, rehearsals, communications, and virtual support.Handle budget management: request purchase orders, track spend, and map expenses.Execute effective project management: create, own, and adhere to timelines and templates.Oversee work streams, ensuring tactical tasks are completed, including Asana ticket creation, work‑back plans, microsite or registration page setup, and meeting participation. Qualifications5+ years of experience in Event Marketing (hospitality or event experience).Cybersecurity industry experience preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Detail‑oriented and service‑orientated.Creative, collaborative, and resourceful.Proven passion for learning and growth.Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.Positive, self‑motivated, and a proactive self‑starter.Budget tracking experience preferred.Willingness to travel 30‑40%. Compensation DisclosureThe compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non‑sales roles) is expected to be between $113,000–$182,500 per year, potentially including restricted stock units and a bonus.
