Job Description: Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of every facet of the remodeling and new construction process. This individual must have a keen eye for detail, capable of identifying and rectifying errors in all aspects of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination: Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring seamless project execution from start to finish.
  2. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and maintaining clear, consistent communication throughout the project.
  3. Quality Control: Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures to ensure all work meets the highest standards. Identify and address any deficiencies promptly.
  4. Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project specifications and timelines.
  5. Construction Project Management: Oversee all aspects of construction management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and project planning.
  6. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.
  7. Timeline Management: Ensure projects are completed on time, maintaining strict adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
  8. Site Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure jobsites are clean and organized on a daily basis, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in construction project management, particularly in remodeling and new construction.
  • Strong knowledge of all construction processes and ability to identify and correct errors at every stage.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
