· *File Management:* Assume full responsibility for legal files, ensuring timely and thorough case management from inception to resolution.

· *Negotiation Skills:* Proficient in negotiating settlements and resolving cases outside of the courtroom.
· *File Management:* Ability to handle full file responsibility, ensuring meticulous case management.
· *Staff Supervision:* Experience in training and supervising legal staff, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
· *Admission to State Bar:* Licensed to practice law in [State].
