The candidate must be detail oriented and have a can-do attitude, excellent communication/organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and grasp new concepts easily. This role is a full time, in person position that requires both teamwork with the rest of our team (including supervising attorneys) as well as individual responsibilities. 

Responsibilities

• Court appearances

• Drafting motions

• Conducting depositions, 50-H hearings, and EUOs

• Performing other related duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Legal admittance in New York (NY is a must and NJ is preferred) for personal injury litigation

• 6+ years of personal injury experience including depositions, court appearances, arbitrations, and mediations 

• Ability to work independently and with supervising attorneys
