About the job you are considering:Experienced and visionary SAP SD/OTC Solution Architect Director/Senior Manager to join the Capgemini SAP Practice. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP technologies, experience in architecting complex solutions, and a proven track record of delivering innovative and scalable SAP solutions. The SAP SD/OTC Solution Architect will play a critical role in shaping our technology strategy, driving digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role must demonstrate they understand Capgemini\'s approach to Transformational Change and can convince clients of our ability to lead and deliver change on a complex program. Understands the relationship between change activities and the broader program delivery, able to consider this in both solution and delivery execution.Your role:Develop and implement the overall architecture for SAP SD/OTC systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, etc.).Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions using SAP SD/OTC modules. Lead the analysis, design, and configuration of SAP SD solutions across order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management.Extensive knowledge of SAP solutions specific to the Life Sciences industry, including SAP S/4, SAP Cloud Platform and industry specific cloud offerings.Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA for Life SciencesLead the implementation of SAP SD/OTC solutions from project initiation to go-live, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.Coordinate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth implementation process.Analyze current financial processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Recommend and implement process improvements, automation, and SAP functionality that can streamline financial operations.Ensure the SAP system supports the organization\'s financial goals and compliance requirements (e.g., tax regulations, SOX, internal controls).Ensure seamless integration of SAP SD/OTC with other enterprise applications (ERP systems, etc.).Oversee data migration and conversion processes during system upgrades or implementationsEnsure that SAP Financial systems comply with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements, including audit trails and financial reporting.Monitor financial data security and support internal and external audits.Provide strategic leadership for the SAP architecture team, overseeing the design and implementation of end-to-end SAP solutions.Established personal brand amongst peers and executive leaders as the domain expert to call upon for the most critical sales and delivery opportunities. Sustained success at this high level, raising the performance level of the entire team they engage with.Manage a team of SAP architects, providing mentorship, guidance, and support for professional development.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, SAP partners, and other external stakeholders.Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure that SAP solutions align with overall technology and business strategies.Provide technical leadership and support for SAP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to architecture standards.Present architecture concepts, strategies, and roadmaps to senior leadership and stakeholders.Your skills and experience:10- 12 years of SAP experience, including SAP S/4, SAP Cloud Platform and industry specific cloud offerings.Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANASAP SD/OTC modules (Deep knowledge of pricing, availability checks, sales orders, delivery processing, billing, and customer master data.
