Basic Requirements Currently located in or willing to relocate for in-person work at one of the Alpha Campuses (Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Seattle, WA; or CA: East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles) Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a closely related field. Proven track record of designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives. Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with the ability to develop, manage, and inspire high-performing teams. Experience working directly with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental setting. Proficiency in analyzing data and leveraging metrics to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.
