At Sentara we believe in setting our nurses up for success from day one, which is why all new graduates are automatically enrolled-no extra paperwork or applications. Registered Nurse Transition to Practice Programs at Sentara:Unique 6-Month Program Includes:- No separate application required, automatic enrollment for any RN with less than 12 months experience or transitioning to a new practice area.
