The Director of Nursing is responsible for executive oversight of Lakeview Villages nursing and related clinical services in Long-term Care, Sub-Acute Care and Assisted Living. Provides effective leadership and management of risk management, infection control, quality, safety, and compliance programs and initiatives that achieve measurable results to prevent and mitigate loss to the organization. Develops programming and coordinates implementation of person-centered care. Responsible for ensuring nursing remains within budget.

Registered Nurse in the state of Kansas is required.
CPR certification required.
