As a Fleet Driver Manager at Paul Transportation Inc., your day-to-day is a dynamic journey, blending strategic planning with hands-on leadership. Here's a glimpse into what awaits you:


Morning Cruise:

  • Start with a Check-In: Kick off your day by checking in with your team. Quick updates on driver schedules, deliveries, and any challenges set the tone for a smooth start.
  • Route Optimization: Dive into the details of upcoming deliveries. Collaborate with drivers to optimize routes, ensuring efficiency without compromising safety.
  • Driver Support: Throughout the day, offer continuous support to drivers, address any questions, assist, and keep morale high. A happy team is a productive team.

Afternoon Acceleration:
