This role will serve as a strategic leader and trusted advisor across the organization, responsible for building a best-in-class data and analytics function that powers business decisions, enhances fan experience, and drives organizational growth. This leader will oversee advanced business analytics and data strategies, shaping how the Club leverages data to advance key business objectives and goals. This is an exciting time for the Titans as we embark on the task of building, marketing, and selling the new Nissan Stadium. The Director of Strategy & Analytics will report to the VP of Business Strategy & Analytics.Responsibilities:Lead the design and application of advanced analytical models to support key business objectives across ticketing, marketing, sponsorship, stadium operations, and fan experience.Oversee and refine advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive modeling, revenue optimization, fan experience, and business operations.Lead the development and maintenance of dashboards, recurring reports, and custom analytics to improve data accessibility and support decision-making strategies across business units.Implement data-driven frameworks for performance tracking, helping business leadership focus on the KPIs and initiatives that most directly contribute to organizational wins.Develop fan experience analytics by analyzing ticketing, and in-venue behavior data to identify opportunities across the stadium journey from parking and entry/exit to concessions and seating.Identify and implement the latest trends and technologies in analytics to continuously enhance data-driven decision-making processes.Partner with senior leaders and department heads to assess business needs, uncover opportunities, and shape decision-making through clear and actionable analytics.Develop executive-ready reports and visualizations that translate complex data into strategic recommendations.Monitor business health and proactively flag risks or areas for improvement through executive dashboards and other trend analysis.Present findings, actionable insights, and recommendations to all stakeholders, including senior leadership and department heads.Support the vision, structure, and performance of the organization’s CRM platform across ticketing, premium, and sponsorship sales and service.Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive CRM strategy leveraging leading technologies to drive the Club’s sales and business goals.Provide ongoing recommendations to the sales and service teams on how best to leverage our CRM to execute their strategic vision & automate tasks.Partner with DevOps team to ensure reliable data infrastructure, maintain data quality, and scale automated reporting and visualization tools.Mentor and develop analysts and department personnel, growing both technical and strategic capabilities of the team.Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making across all business units.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience of Business Intelligence & Analytics experience, preferably with experience in Sport & Entertainment.Demonstrated understanding of forecasting and predictive analytics.Experience with Event Ticketing tools (e.g., SeatGeek), CRM Systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics & KORE) and modern data acquisition and management systems (e.g., Snowflake).Advanced SQL programming skills.Strong knowledge in statistics for data interpretation and modeling.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).Strong teamwork and relationship management skills and ability to work effectively with all personalities to support a strong, unified culture.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills and independent, creative problem-solver.Proven track record of success in cross-functional work environment.Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards, all with a professional and courteous attitude.Self-motivated and solutions oriented.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word).Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.Experience managing and mentoring a team.Ability to work flexible hours, including but not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidaysNO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS, PLEASE.
