Join a premier Personal Injury Law Firm in Orlando, Florida as an Intake Attorney and play a key role in helping injured individuals take the first steps toward justice. Our firm represents clients in a broad range of personal injury claims, including auto accidents, slip and falls, catastrophic injuries, premises liability, medical malpractice, child & birth injuries, motorcycle accidents, and traumatic brain injury (TBI) cases.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to assess case viability.
  • Gather detailed case information, including accident details, injuries sustained, and potential liability.
  • Evaluate and analyze the strength of personal injury claims and explain legal rights and options to potential clients.
  • Ensure timely and accurate intake processes to meet firm standards.
  • Collaborate with the litigation and case management teams to transition viable cases smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Florida.
  • 3+ years of experience in personal injury law, particularly in client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of potential cases and make quick, informed decisions.
