Revit Drafter (Architectural - High Rise) Location: Florida (Must be local) We are seeking a highly skilled architectural Revit drafter with extensive experience in construction documentation and project delivery. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Revit modeling and a proven track record working across hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Core Responsibilities Support architectural design phases under the direction of a Project Architect Lead drafting and documentation efforts from design to construction Conduct project research, programming, and zoning/code analysis Collaborate with engineering and consultant teams to ensure integrated design solutions Develop and produce detailed, scaled construction documents Address technical and design challenges with practical solutions Qualifications Degree or technical certification in Architecture or a related discipline 3+ years of experience in architectural drafting and 3D modeling Advanced Revit capabilities with proven ability to generate complex models Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Familiarity with SketchUp, 3DS Max, V-Ray, Lumion (preferred but not required) Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (preferred) Demonstrated experience preparing architectural/construction drawing sets Strong problem-solving and design skills Direct experience working on high-rise projects Able to perform in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) Must be currently located in Florida Compensation Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
