*Job Summary:*

Join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in Austin, TX. In this vital role, you’ll perform critical care and diagnostic procedures essential to the diagnosis and treatment of cardiopulmonary diseases for patients of all ages. You'll be an integral part of a collaborative team, where your expertise in respiratory care will directly contribute to the well-being of patients in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

*What You'll Do:*
* Set up and operate a variety of respiratory care equipment.
* Perform technical procedures related to cardiopulmonary hemodynamics with precision.
* Provide expert airway management and assess patients to recommend effective respiratory therapies.
* Deliver and reassess respiratory care protocols, maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
* Communicate effectively with physicians and nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

*What We’re Looking For:*

*Experience:*
* Prior experience in an Acute Care Hospital setting is preferred, though not mandatory.

*Education:*
* Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (American Medical Association).

*Licenses and Certifications:*
* Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
* Current Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner license.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
* Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (Required for NICU RRT staff).
* Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (Required for ICU RRT staff).
