Senior Technology Consulting Manager We are looking for a Senior Technology Consulting Manager to join the Engx transformation consulting team We are a team of cross-functional experts driving engagements of the engineering organization transformation. We are open-minded, innovative, and bold in our recommendations. This is a remote position. We are seeking candidates who are located in the Central or Mountain Time Zones. Req# 906410060 Responsibilities Help internal and external product engineering organizations to improve cost, quality, and time to market Elicit relevant information through formal and informal interviews, surveys, and system data analysis Ideate and socialize solutions collaboratively through different workshops Tailor and design crisp and clear messages for executives on how to execute change Contribute to our consulting practice by designing new service offerings, improving methodologies, and embedding AI & automation insights into our solutions Conduct research in your domain expertise, such as engineering, operations, organization, architecture, data, and product management Do publications and presentations within and beyond the organization Participate in pre-sale and sales activities: RFP responses, meetings with executives, proposal preparation, and SOW development Requirements Possesses advanced graduate degree: master's degree, MBA, PhD, etc Has 7+ years of software industry experience in one of the following functions: Engineering, Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Architecture, Data Science Possesses a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle Experienced with various software development methodologies, including Scrum, XP, Kanban, SAFe, etc Is fluent in technical engineering best practices, including test-driven development, pair programming, code review, continuous integration, trunk-based development, feature toggling, test automation, and infrastructure as code Has practical experience in workshop execution at the director and executive level Understanding of build script and CI/CD concepts, and how to apply them Data-driven strategist who grounds every decision in rigorous analysis and statistical evidence Experience in business development or pre-sales activities, including crafting tailored proposals and presenting technological solutions to clients Has the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing Is a team player We offer Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (Subsidized) Health Savings Account Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care, Commuter) Short-Term and Long-Term Disability (Company Provided) Life and AD&D Insurance (Company Provided) Employee Assistance Program Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Matched 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Paid Time Off – the employee will be eligible to accrue 15-25 paid days, depending on specific level and tenure with EPAM (accrual eligibility may change over time) Paid Holidays - nine (9) total per year Legal Plan and Identity Theft Protection Accident Insurance Employee Discounts Pet Insurance Employee Stock Purchase Program If otherwise eligible, participation in the discretionary annual bonus program If otherwise eligible and hired into a qualifying level, participation in the discretionary Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Program EPAM Systems, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
