Janssen Biotech, Inc., a member of Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., is recruiting for a Regional Business Director, Dermatology to support the Ohio Valley region. The role is field‑based with regional scope. Preference may be granted to candidates who reside within close proximity to major metropolitan areas in the Ohio Valley. Job Description Our Immunology team leads in the development of transformational medicines for immunological disorders and illnesses. The Regional Business Director, Immunology Dermatology is a leadership position accountable for effectively leading, developing, and directly managing a team of District Managers and Dermatology Sales Specialists across Janssen Biotech’s Dermatology accounts. They will interface with a wide range of cross‑disciplinary stakeholders. As the Regional Business Director, You Will Lead the team to maximize sales opportunities, prioritizing resources to achieve results. Develop and execute a business plan aligned with Janssen’s strategies to deliver compliant product sales growth while addressing customer and market needs. Collaborate extensively with key internal partners (Sales Leadership, Brand, Strategic Customer Group, Field Sales Partners, Commercial Excellence, Analytics & Insights) and external stakeholders to develop optimal access and strong relationships. Motivate, coach, develop, and retain a diverse team of competent professionals in the healthcare marketplace and account management. Build mutual alignment with stakeholders to adopt difficult positions and achieve customer‑centric outcomes while adhering to J&J Credo and HCC guidelines. Set overall account goals, oversee account metrics, and drive business performance. Required Qualifications Seven (7) years of related experience, including a minimum of five (5) years of cross‑functional experience in key commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Access/Payer, Analytics, or Business Development). Prior direct people‑management/leadership experience. Ability to lead, develop, coach, and engage high‑performing, diverse teams. Demonstrated commercial capabilities and success in prior commercial roles. Valid U.S. Driver’s License. Preferred Qualifications Live within the regional geography. Cross‑functional experience beyond solely Sales and Sales Learning & Development. Health care or related experience, including pharmaceuticals. Experience as a professional sales representative or District Manager. Direct experience in in‑line Marketing and/or Strategic Marketing/Marketing Access. Sales and/or Marketing experience in Dermatology.
