As the National Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales team and achieving aggressive growth targets. Responsibilities: Strategy Development, Market Analysis and Sales Planning:

Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities, develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in North America aligned with the company's overall objectives to drive revenue growth and market share, ensure a competitive edge, particularly to maintain a continuous success with our key customers in the box-retail sector and key distributors. Considering the intricacies of channel sales and distribution networks, create and execute sales plans, forecasting, and budgeting to achieve and exceed sales targets in North America region. Key Account Customer Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Have work experience from buyer/merchant team in box-retailers or from the CE (Consumer-electronics) vendor with relative key account sales experience. Be very familiar with buying process, understand the vendor’s responsibility, experience of commercial management and negotiation. Team Development:

Developing a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and mentorship to enhance individual and team performance, considering the multi-cultural dynamics. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, supply chain and logistic and sales operations, to ensure alignment and synergy across the organization across counties between United States, Europe, and China.

Qualifications: Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach to leadership is mandatory. Proven experience as sales leadership role in the consumer electronics industry. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding aggressive sales targets, especially in the retail sector and expertise in channel sales and distribution network management. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Mandatory: Data processing skills, MS office, IT application. Experience in managing multi-cultural teams.
