Anticipated Start Date: 2024

Our Technology & Cybersecurity Interns work on active projects and directly impact and influence project outcomes, as well as identify and recommend enhancements to existing processes/procedures. After successful completion of the Technology & Cybersecurity Summer Internship program, interns will have the foundation necessary to be successful in Comerica's Technology & Cybersecurity Development Rotation Program (eligible upon graduation) as well as entry level positions within Technology and Cybersecurity. Departments include, but are not limited to:
Business Information Office
Data Engineering
Enterprise Platform Engineering
Enterprise Security (Threat Intelligence, SOC, Cyber Fraud Operations, etc.)
Office of the Chief Technology Officer
Technology Shared Services
Position Responsibilities
Comerica's Technology & Cybersecurity Summer Internship program is a 12-week, full-time internship opportunity, designed for college students pursuing a bachelor's degree in Technology or related field. Responsibilities include:
Applying foundational Technology skills
Participating in projects and operational activities
Identifying, evaluating, and determining areas of risk and mitigation tactics
Identifying and recommending enhancements to existing processes/procedures
Participating in greater enterprise internship program events
This internship is scheduled for the summer only.

Successful interns possess foundational technical skills, are open and excited to learn new technologies, have a strong work ethic and attention to detail, the ability to work well in teams, technical aptitude, strong written and verbal communication skills, process management skills and the ability to prioritize.

Minimum Qualifications
Active college student in good academic standing and designated as a freshman through senior status at an accredited university
Working toward a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, I/O Engineering, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Management, Cybersecurity, or a related field of study
This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Must have indefinite work authorization.

3.0 (GPA) overall grade point average or higher
