This position is looking for the following schedule and duties :

Starting wage is $16+ an hour with a shift differential for Friday 5:30am-2pm/6pm-2am Sat and Sun 6:30am-3:30pm or 6pm-12:30am

**What you should have:**

* Previous cooking / culinary experience (willing to teach)

* Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.

* Follow caf guidelines concerning guest services, food and physical safety, maintenance and equipment/space cleaning, requirements at all time.

* Prepare food items, ensuring consistency and compliance with the Cafe's recipes, portioning, cooking, and waste control guidelines.

* Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

* Excellent knife skills

* Attention to detail, cleanliness

* Positive attitude, this is a customer service position and interacting with customers requires friendliness and outgoing personality

**What you would do** **:**

Cooks work in stations during meal service, cooking food to order and serving directly to the dining audience. As customer service is an integral part of the job, applicants must be professional in appearance and discourse. Prepping and cleaning for morning shift is expected.
