This role will manage our HQ operations staff, implement and maintain effective systems, and ensure smooth program delivery while upholding our high standards of customer service. You'll be accountable for results while working through and developing others.Key ResponsibilitiesStaff & Performance ManagementConduct regular 1:1s with HQ operations staffManage and optimize KPI system for accountabilityLead weekly/quarterly performance reviewsCreate and maintain staff scheduling processesOversee operational staff developmentProgram Operations & CommunicationsOversee all outbound customer communicationsManage facility scheduling and relationshipsEnsure efficient program operationsMaintain high customer satisfaction levelsCoordinate with program directorsSystems & Process DevelopmentCreate and document operational processesImplement and maintain operational standardsOptimize existing workflowsTrain staff on processes and proceduresManage technology platforms and toolsResource ManagementOversee facility scheduling and relationshipsManage inventory and equipmentCoordinate with CPA on financial processesEnsure efficient resource allocationManage operational expensesRequired Qualifications3+ years of operations management experienceProven track record of implementing effective systemsStrong project management backgroundExperience managing and developing staffExcellent communication and organizational skillsProficiency with operational tools and systemsPreferred QualificationsExperience in youth sports or education sectorKnowledge of basketball operationsBackground in customer service managementExperience with scheduling and resource managementProficiency with G-Suite, Asana, and CRM systemsWork EnvironmentFull-time position based at Team Esface HQMay require occasional weekend presence for eventsFast-paced, collaborative environmentFocus on continuous improvementCompensation & Benefits$83K-$95K (DOE)Professional development opportunitiesTeam Esface merchandise and event accessOpportunity to impact youth development through sportsAbout Team EsfaceTeam Esface is a youth basketball academy dedicated to transforming young lives through the power of basketball.
