Key Responsibilities:
- Handle tasks of the Escrow Receptionist.
- Prepare and send opening letters and acknowledgments.
- Order title commitments and payoff statements.
- Manage wire transfers and title requirements.
- Assist with loan package preparation and coordinate closings.
- Answer inquiries from customers and real estate agents.
- Support the branch manager with administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
