Subject Matter Expert in the main areas of the call center environment. Processes claims, premiums, substantiations, card activations, outbound calls, and any issue that needs to be reviewed and resolved. Works directly with plan participants, CSR's, and Account Managers etc. Collaborates with the Claims, AOP, Overpayment, RADS, R&R, FDR Departments etc. regarding claims, account adjustments and CBAS issues. Follows-up with CSR's & their managers on email updates and coaching opportunities. Exhibits an exceptional level of customer service internally and externally with inbound/output calls & with all communications. Assists plan participants with questions regarding Flexible Spending, RRA, & HRA. Makes outbound calls to members and or providers as necessary to resolve member issues.
